How to Spot Fraud and Protect Your Personal Info

Scammers are getting sneakier with their scare tactics—but don’t fall for it! Here’s how to spot fraud and protect your personal information.

#1: If They Demand Personal Info—It’s a Red Flag!
Legitimate companies will NEVER ask for your login, PIN, or account details over email, text, or phone. If someone asks for your details, don’t respond—report the message instead!
#2: Don’t Let Them Pressure You!
Fraudsters love to scare you with threats like ‘Your account will be deactivated!’—but don’t panic. Always ask for their name and a callback number. If it doesn’t match the official number—huge red flag!
#3: Never Click Suspicious Links
That ‘urgent’ email or text with a link? It’s likely a scam! If you’re unsure, visit Picatinny’s website directly or call our official number.

Stay alert, stay safe, and don’t let scammers pressure you! Always double-check before sharing any information.
